Mailing & Shipping

Postal Scales… I use two:

One for lightweight items that was free when I signed up for something (but it only weighs packages less than 5 lbs)
One for heavier items (it won’t register weights under 6 oz. though)

Shipping labels: Thermal Label Printers don’t use ink or toner! Dymo 4XL or Rollo.

PirateShip (or PayPal shipping) for online labels. When your packages are ready to go, you can request a pickup from USPS and they will pick them up.

If you ship USPS Priority Mail you can order free shipping Priority Mail supplies from USPS’s website (mailing boxes, envelopes, stickers).

From UpakNShip: 10” x 13” polymailers (and padded bubble mailers for non-shirt things)

Screenprint Transfer Storage

Cardboard mailboxes are surprisingly sturdy (but difficult to find ones that fit 12” transfers). These were hard for me to assemble! But I still like 'em ;)

A storage cart that can hold 12" transfers (pros: it’s wheeled and can hold large sizes, cons: the inner shelves are have fabric framed by metal, which isn't the greatest quality).

SimplyTidy organizers These are my favorite. I purchased from Michaels' website when they were half off - they fit the large transfers with room to spare, have wheels, and adjustable shelves (also you can connect them to each other and the other matching things in the set)

I added extra shelves from here. They also have smaller styles like this.
12” x 15” Reclosable Zipper Bags: for mailing and storing transfers
Cardboard boxes: for long-term storage (store transfers in sealed bag in a box away from sunlight and humidity)
Silica Gel packets (to keep moisture out)
