Q: Where do transfers ship from?

A: Omaha, Nebraska. If you're local and want to pick up your order please let me know. We do porch pickups!

Q: When will my order ship?

A: If your order contains all Ready To Ship (RTS) transfers: 3 business days or less, unless there is a sale with high volumes of orders (ex: Black Friday 2020). This applies to orders that contain ALL ready-to-ship transfers. If you have preorders with RTS transfers, your order will not ship until those have arrived. If you want to receive the RTS first, please place separate orders.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: To US addresses.

Q: How do I know if a transfer is RTS or a preorder?

A: All transfers on the website are RTS unless otherwise noted in the website description of the item. Preorders will be clearly marked and will include the estimated ship-to-you date.

Q: When will my order ship if it has RTS *and* preorders mixed together?

A: After the preorders arrive. If you want to receive the RTS first, please order separately.

Q: Can you send my order with UPS or FedEx?

A: Yes. Use the magnifying glass at NiftyTransfers to search “UPS” or “FedEx”. Please note that I cannot guarantee delivery dates on ANY order especially during the pandemic.

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered?

A: Please note all shipping timeframes are estimates only, especially during a pandemic. NiftyTransfers cannot guarantee delivery dates on ANY order, regardless of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) or method of shipping (First Class, Priority Mail, etc). NiftyTransfers can control WHEN we send your order out, but NiftyTransfers CANNOT control what happens to it when it leaves our hands. Please contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) with any tracking or delivery issues

Q: How do I contact you?

A: NiftyNarwhalTM {at} gmail .com or you can post in the NiftyTransfers Facebook group (please NO Facebook Private Messages). The NiftyTransfers Facebook group has a detailed FAQ section as well, in the “Announcements” section. 

PLEASE NOTE: Transfers are professionally screenprinted. Buyers will be responsible for ensuring that they use the correct equipment, pressure, materials, and so on. Any application errors will be the buyer’s responsibility. Each website listing includes time and temperature recommendations.
